We at Aurora Construction Consultancy are looking for a Project Planner for the wider Nordics to join our fantastic team based in Stockholm, Sweden.

In your role as Project Planner, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of a pharmaceutical project, supporting project teams with programme development, progress monitoring, reporting, and schedule management throughout the construction lifecycle.

Working closely with project management, engineering, commercial, and site teams, you will help ensure project milestones are achieved and programme risks are effectively managed.

What You Will Do

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed EPC programmes using Primavera P6.
• Monitor project progress and analyse performance against baseline schedules.
• Identify programme risks, delays, and critical path activities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly planning reports for project leadership.
• Support recovery planning and mitigation strategies where required.
• Coordinate programme information across multiple disciplines and stakeholders.
• Participate in project meetings and progress reviews.
• Assist with change management and programme impact assessments.

What You Will Bring

Required

• Minimum 5-10 years' proven experience as a Project Planner.
• Proven experience as a Project Planner within construction, engineering, or pharmaceutical projects.
• Strong Primavera P6 capability.
• Excellent understanding of project controls, planning principles, and critical path methodology.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.

Preferred

• Previous experience on data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial, semiconductor, or large-scale MEP projects is highly desirable.
