Role: Project Manager – Interior & Carpentry Solutions

Scope: Full-time, permanent position

Sorkin Stockholm is a Swedish design company specializing in bespoke furniture and integrated interior solutions for private clients. With a strong focus on woodworking, we have been crafting custom carpentry installations and made-to-order furniture for over five years. As we enter an exciting growth phase and expand our furniture business, we are seeking a driven and talented individual to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

About the Role

As Project Manager – Interior & Carpentry Solutions, you will lead end-to-end project planning, including forecasting and budget management, ensuring all projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule. You’ll manage customer inquiries with professionalism and care, while also supporting hands-on tasks such as furniture assembly and installation. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. You’ll play a key part in a fast-growing business—coordinating resources, solving problems proactively, and maintaining high standards of service and execution throughout each project. Additionally, you will contribute to business growth by engaging in customer outreach and identifying new client opportunities.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks—from strategic planning and budgeting to hands-on support. The ideal candidate enjoys working both practically and strategically, with strong communication skills to handle customer interactions and a hands-on attitude when it comes to furniture assembly and installations. A problem-solving mindset and the ability to keep projects on track are key to succeeding in this role.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Business Management, Project Management, or a related field

Proven experience in project planning and execution

Strong skills in budgeting and forecasting

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Ability to manage customer inquiries professionally

Hands-on experience with furniture assembly and installation

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic technical or mechanical aptitude

Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus

Valid driver’s license (B)
